Urgent Need for a General Dentist in Jacksonville, FL

Seeking either a recent graduate or experience dentist for either transition, partnership or as a buyer in the largest city in the state of Florida and where Florida begins.

Work Days: 4 days from 8 am – 5 pm
Compensation: Base Guarantee of 35% of collections
Patient Base: 3000 Active
Type of Dentistry: High End Family
Reason: Current owner seeking to retire in a few years and is very motivated. Doctor currently working 3 days/week. Willing to transition out over time or will consider immediate buy out.
Where: Jacksonville, FL (more suburban not downtown)
Special Requirements: New dentist will be required to only observe the practice for a few days or more.

I have previously worked with practice brokers as a Dental Systems Analyst.
I am interested in working in potential sellers offices - ramping them up, new buyers - getting established or existing consulting clients maintainance.
